WhatsApp only allows you to forward chats to one group at a time.

WhatsApp is rolling out new features to improve the overall user experience as well as introduce new functionality. Reducing the propagation of disinformation is one of the latter's main goals. A new feature (discovered by WABetaInfo) or an app update would attempt to address the issue. A limit on the number of times a WhatsApp message can be forwarded in one go is being discussed. If the message you're passing has already been forwarded once, it's 5 chats. If it's been forwarded many times, you'll see a notification that says, "Forwarded messages can only be delivered to one group chat."

In some markets, such as Brazil, WhatsApp for iOS beta version 22.7.0.76 is currently implementing a restriction on bulk message forwarding. If you try to forward a message that has already been forwarded once, you will be able to share it with up to five more chats at the same time. If it's something that's been shared several times, WhatsApp will inform you that it can only be forwarded to one group conversation. This is most likely a move to limit or regulate misinformation on the network. It would be a welcome improvement in terms of disseminating accurate, if not excellent, information within the instant messaging software. Yes, it would restrict the ability to forward a message to many recipients on occasion.
