The Delhi government has established SOPs that include labs providing real-time data to states and the segregation of coronavirus cases by districts and assembly seats.
The Health Department noted in an order released last week that it had established SOPs for Covid-care centres, which included rules for telephoning patients.
Labs are required to provide real-time data to the State COVID-19 Response Centre within 20 hours under the SOPs.
They've been told to sort cases by districts, assembly names, and wards, among other things. This information will be made available through the integrated management app.
The Covid-tele-calling centre's team is in charge of calling the patient within half an hour of a positive test, according to the statement.
The instruction stated that if a patient requires admittance, the center's team must arrive within an hour and assist the patient.
